Hi! My name is Julien and I am the co-founder of Yoshi Foods. As a commercial engineer, I had the assignment to create a business plan on an innovative idea, which then in time was sustainable instant soup (a sustainable alternative to Royco for example). There I met Jonas, with whom I later co-founded Yoshi Foods. Later, we both followed a programme in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Vlerick Business School to broaden our knowledge and perspectives.
As you can see, we pivoted a lot in the last three years, coming from sustainable instant soup to an alternative to packaging. Many events and competitions later, I am excited to be part of the Future 5 and to present Yoshi Foods at Future Entrepreneurship!
